Tess has been working at Academy School in various roles for the last 12 years. She has taught 5th grade, 3rd grade and 1st/2nd grade classrooms and has worked as a special educator for the last three years. This year she is supporting the primary grades as an Academic Support Teacher as well as working as the EST coordinator. She enjoys building relationships with students, loves making learning as fun as possible, and helping students reach their "aha" moments.
